New Bumper, Dealer holes need info!

Hey everyone i got a 05 aspen white wrx about 2 weeks ago and its going into the dealer this friday for some minor paint repair in one or two spots. I took of the front license plate that the dealer puts on and i noticed that they didnt use the two factory holes to mount it. Instead they drilled two holes into my bumper (within an inch of the factory holes. My question is, will they do anything about this if i complain about it? frankly im sort of pissed that they just drill holes in the bumper when it could easily be mounted on the factory holes. i need to know if there is a mount that is supposed to come with the car or if there is even one available so that the license plate can be mounted using the factory holes. If there is do you guys think i could get a new bumper out of them or at least make them fill the holes and repaint it? Thanks for any info and i look foward to comin to some meets in the future.

I'm not positive, but for some reason I think the 'factory' holes aren't in the right place...I know my 05 has the same thing yours does (drilled-looking holes). Do you want to run without a front plate? If so, I think one of the billet trim covers (http://fastwrx.com/bilalfronbum.html) that people get for the little raised area would cover the extra holes. Other than that, the licence plate itself should cover everything up.
To answer your question though, I would bet that the dealer won't want to do anything about it. I could be wrong though, some dealers are really cool.
