So out of no where my 03 wrx decided to only blow at half speed(cfm). All 1,2,3,4 settings work and it changes cfm with each as well. Does this with both recirculation and outside air, AC, no AC, heat etc. One setting 4, i can barely even feel it hitting me. Tried replacing cabin air filter, looked for disconnected HVAC tubing, looked for clogged HVAC tubes, I can't find anything wrong. Any help would be appreciated as it is getting hot and I miss being able to cool down when I need to while driving.
