why front only? If you leave the track narrow, then you'll get a big gap between front fender and the front wheel.
I don't think you should run wide track in front and narrow in the rear.

hpi racing has a complete 22b kit for about 5800.00 us.
have not been able to find one though.

HPI kit

there's no vendor in the US for HPI yet. There will be in January. www.jouleusa.com. The kit is about 3500.00 over here(Japan).
