i just cleaned it using a rim cleaning product, scuffed up using a red scuffing pad, and used Duplicolor 1200 degree F engine block flat black paint. two coats

looks good, but I don't think it adds too much stealth factor as its still a large tip

thanks.. and yes the car did get hit... and yes.. i love my license plate frame!

as for stealth.. ya.. i agree.. but at least it isnt as big as a HKS hi power! hahaha
