my "new" grill
I painted the trim pieces on the front grill as well as the center supports to make it look like a single piece grill. I also cut out the old plastic mesh and changed to the alluminum honey comb mesh on the front, the scoop, and the bottom opening to the radiator. I just used flat black to paint everything so it'll match with the other black plastic pieces on the car.
thanks! Actually work hour was probably around 10 hours, but waiting for the primer to dry and paint to dry took a long time. Also, out of the 5-6 hours, at least 6 of those are cutting out the old mesh and making and painting the new mesh.
