As for 02 or 04 Tail Lights which one is better is all on personal opinions. I love the 04 Tail Lights and some other like 02, can't go wrong either way. I like how it looks. Btw Bumper paint matches Perfectly. Maybe just your monitor or a picture issue but it's a great match.

You don't really need 04 bumper to put 04 tail lights on the bugeye's. Just need a little bit of carving.
