Subydude sells the EDM STI non HID lights...those are the one's I want to get for my 03 wrx, although he sells them for $1000 so I have yet to buy them.

go with the OEM EDM lights, you wont be disapointed. I have JDMs on my car and love them to death !

JDM = Right Hand Drive, meaning your light pattern is setup incorrectly for a Left Hand Drive car and driver.

EDM = Left Hand Drive, so you'll be okay with these.

I am going to be picky and say that either setup does not work well here in the US

even the EDMs will blind people if not set up correctly. When you pass someone on the left, they get a mirror full of light.

I have had my JDMs in for a while now, and with them properly aimed, I have never been flashed, and I have a HID conversion.

With either set you go with, aiming them is critical, you can blind oncoming traffic with either set if you are not careful.

www.subydude.com for the EDM lights. As for the other lights check out some of the other vendors on the site or run a search for them.
