Anyone know if i can use side skirts and a rear pieces off of an 02-03 Wrx and put them on an 04?
I really like the Chargespeed V2 body kit for the 04, but i cant afford the whole kit.
I was thinking i would just buy the front bumper for the Chargespeed, then get side skirts and rear pieces from Wings West to save myself some money.
Can this be done? Thanks for any help

The '02-'03 sideskirts will fit your '04 but the '02-03 rear bumper will not. Different taillights. BTW the CS kits are VERY good quality. My V1 full kit fits GREAT.

Actually, since the extra bump on the 04 taillights is so small, I've seen people put a 02/03 bumper onto a 04 without problems. I wouldn't recomend it, but it looked like it fit decently enough.

 

well, let me explain a little better.
I dont want to stick a whole rear bumper off an 02-03 on my 04.
I just want the lower body kit part. The part that is attached below the bumper and your exhaust sticks through

This might be a good question to ask Wings West. On the website, it says that the pieces are only for a '02-'03, but it would never hurt to ask them.

 

I know that the lower part of the rear bumpers between the 04's and the 02/03's are slightly different. They are so different that the mud gaurds for the 02/03 will not fit the 04's, and neither will the oem rear bumper kits.

so i think the plan is going to be get Sti side skirts and rear, then go with a chargespeed V2 front
