I just replaced my emblem. I used a screwdriver to pry the existing emblem out (it's just glued in there). Just be careful not to put marks into the grill where the emblem sits. Once the old emblem is out, clean the surface where the emblem sits so that the new one will stick well. Slam in your new emblem and you're good to go.
