There aren't too many fans of Altezza lights here on the boards.
But seriously, what's the point of them? To be unique? No not really, everyone and their mother has a set. For usefulness? Um, again a miss: they're not as easy for other drivers to spot as a set of stock taillights. Legality? Nope, not even APC's are 100% DOT legal; and these things are cop bait to boot. Stylish? Ah, now there's a difficult question! I personally feel that if they didn't come stock that they don't look right. And even when Altezzas do come stock, sometimes they look stupid anyway (case in point: Lancer Evolution VIII )

 

Don't forget to get brighter bulbs if you change tailights, my friends have gotten tickets because they weren't bright enough to see during the daytime.
