OK this has been bugging me for a while, but finally got the phantom rattle (when I hit a pothole for example) fixed. It's the pocket handle rattling against the metal bracket in the door that it's in... simple piece of squishy foam taped around the pocket is all it took. yay! :banana:

 

..........But,was that problem caused by an accident ,you get some hit in the door before?

I've got the same rattle in my wagon. I'll have to look for it
