There are several threads about this try doing a search...
in short you need a hair dryer/heat gun, floss/fishing line, goo-gone (or some other gunk remover, some people use WD40), and a towel.
1. use the hair dryer/heat gun to heat the badge (to soften the adhesive)
2. pull the floss/fishing line under the badge
3. use goo-gone to remove little remnants of sticky stuff
4. lastly, clean and wax the area
REAL easy, I plan on doing this on Saturday, I have done it many times on other cars and it's very simple.

Very simple, didn't even need floss or any sort of line. Just used a hair dryer and then used my nail. Then the goo gone to wipe off little particles and then wax to protect.

I finally tried this so I could get the big WRX rally car decal on the back. I found it to be an absolute pain but i think the floss would be a good idea. I just used a Makita heat gun which not only heated up the adhesive but the letters as well. I also used some 3M adhesive remover which was pretty potent but not so bad it would remove the paint from the car. Just make sure you don't heat it up so much that you will damage the paint is all. Screwdriver and a razor blade? wow that would seem pretty close to almost chipping the paint or scratching. I just used a little plastic tool for spreading bondo around that was like a chisel and quite flexible. The end result is great though and I would definately reccomend it.

and, if ya live in the hood you might have problems with punks tryin to steal your WRX badges and screw up your paint real bad. if they are already gone, problem solved!
way easier to wax the back, you dont get all the white was dust in between the letters.
when you are using it as a getaway car during bank robberies, witnesses are less likely to remember that it was a SUBARU and you might not get busted.
