I am not sure you should replace any hoses with anything not specificaly designed for that purpose. If they are for dress up do they slip over existing lines or are they slit?
I covered all my visible stuff in convoluted tubing not changing anything out. Be careful!

they r not slit. they are hoses that well tell you the truth look useless. the only one that is big enough to be useful is only 2 ft long. there is a piece that is a small tube but its 10 ft. i dont see how i can use this crap. i have seen it used in a honda but those engines suck so it guess you cant use it for a wrx. Maybe i can use it on the not vital hoses. Are there hoses that do not have metal in them? i can just replace them with this yelow hose kit.
does anyone know a cheap place to get replacement hoses. i know samco has a kit to replace most of the hoses. it alot of dough. is there a generic company that has the same products as samco?

I've seen a kit like the one you purchased, and while you could replace the hoses, most people just slit the hoses and put them around the existing hoses for show purposes. I think some people were worried about the strength of the hoses, and that's why they just slit them.
