How do you clear the orange in STI headlights?

Well here if you haven't found directions yet here they are:

#1. Take your headlights off your car
#2. Take out all the screws around the headlight
#3. Put on Headlight in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees
#4. Take the headlight out and pull the front and back apart.
#5. Pop out and unscrew all the orange stuff.
#6. Put the headlight back together nice and snug
#7. Put back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes
#8. Then make sure the headlight is sealed tight by pushing it together again.
#10. Put headlight back in car.

Repeat the steps for both headlights.....

p.s. Take out all bulbs and wires before putting it in the over.

For all 04' lights, there is one screw thats hidden underneath a piece of foam. In addition you will need to remove the white piece attatched by two screws in order to get to the housing screw underneath it.
