Sorry I should have explained more. Yes I do have a GDA. I have a H2 8000k HID conversion kit. I have the stock headlamp assembly. I fell into the trap of aftermarket lights with 80 watt head lights (I can’t remember if it was that but it was higher then the recommended wattage.) I melted my passenger side wire harness so when I had it installed I must have been done wrong. (I had them professionally installed for fear that I would mess the kit or my head lamps) A while after the install I got brave and looked over the wires, that included taking the eletrical tape off the passenger side where the wire harness should have been not really knowing what to do… that is really where I am at. I looked over the owners manual for help it does indicate that there are high and low beams. If anyone has picture of how to do a proper set up please let me know…

On each side there is a common positive and a switched ground for each filament (low and high beam). Some of these wires are probably crossed on the side that was repaired. You should get it working properly with the stock halogen bulbs first, then go ahead and install the HIDs.
Also before installing HIDs you should disconnect the main DRL module next to the glovebox, if you haven't already done so.
I don't know how your HIDs are wired, but if they are just plugged into the existing harness I suggest moving the negative side of the ballasts to the battery negative rather than using the stock switched grounds.
