What model car do you have? If you have an '04, get a stock set from an STi. It might be a bit more expensive, but it's well worth the cost since it's such a high quality piece. CATZ had a good rep but their US branch is outta business now. Philips shouldn't be too bad, but don't quote me on that.
Just remember, the last thing you wanna do is skimp on HID's!

ive heard good things about www.proxenon.com. they sell Bohem HID kits from Germany. I gave them a call once and they were really freindly and gave me alot of in fo on their kits. if you get a kit from them, get the 5000k kit, otherwise you will just be losing light.

I have a set of Bohmen(Proxenon) HID's and the quality is excelent! 5000K very white with a blue tint, not a blue bulb, the real deal. Highly recomended. Have them on my Accord and am planning on buying a pair for my newly purchased 05 WRX Wagon! Heres a link in case your wondering what they look like. Any questions can be PM'd to me. The HID photos are on Page 3.

for a 03 you will lose your highbeams unless you get specific hids that can raise/lower the beam. those are $$$. catz makes them.
