HID Kit

Will an h7/h4 hid kit work properly? Be plug and play? I am not sure but i think they might be what i need.

Your lights are H4 not H7. While an H4 kit will "work", your lights are not designed for HIDs and the beam pattern will not be well controlled. You'd be better off with upgraded halogen bulbs of the "high efficacy" type (NOT the blue-coated "superwhite" etc. ones).
