HELP Replacing tail lights

Someone backed into my 2000 RS in a parking lot and were nice enough to take off with out leaving any information. My right tail lamp is cracked and i need to replace it however i am unsure how to remove the existing tail lamp and install the new one. I also need to replace the piece of molding below the lamp. Can anyone help me out?

this isnt official or anything...but it is basically stuck on the car with some really sticky weather stripping-style tape. When I had mine replaced after getting rearended, the shop didn't quite stick them on straight, so be careful. Besides that, there might be mounting attachments or screws on the inside for the wiring harness...not sure though. Good luck...and for the removal i would try a hari dryer and GOO GONE.
