Help with dash

In my 2000 rs the clamshell pocket on the dash is broken and i was wondering if any one knew how to take apart the dash so i can try and fix it or just remove it.

I'm trying to figure out the same thing on my 2000 RS. I've removed the two screws that are inside the clam (under the little square covers) and the two screws on either side of the cup holder but it's still in there pretty good and I don't want to just start pulling on it. I can't see any over screws to take out, or any places were it looks like I should try and pry it.

Have you figured your's out yet?
