Or just take out the three screws on the face of the fog light and the entire fog comes out. It'll give you more room to work with, you don't have to crawl on your back, and is easier all around IMO.

Thumbs down

I just give the bulbs to my dealer to swap on my '05 OBS. They are insane to change, not worth my time or frustration! However, I do get a 50% break on labor (work in sales).

It's important to post what car you have because it makes a difference here. Looking at your profile I see you have an 04 WRX, to get to the fog bulbs you have to drop down the corner of the plastic under-cover and you can then access them from behind.
On earlier cars with the large fogs the light can be removed from the front.
