help~~for 02 wrx hid fog light
I was trying to install HID fog light for my 02 wrx, but actually I have no ideal what should I do to make those light bulb work? for each side I have one ballast, one h3 light blub and the 2 wires to connect it with my car, one is red and black~~ should I take a part out to install it??
