headlight mod? can i get some help
Acctualy its the corners that i want to modify. I searched and seard for the post that said how to bake coners and cant find it anymore. all i need to know is the temp and for how long to bake. if anyones knows please share the info, thanks. check out my page www.members.cardomain.com/druboy67

When I did mine I baked them at 200 for 2 minutes on a cookie sheet and slowly pulled them apart. They had to go back into the oven a few times and I would guess that it would be okay to leave them in for about 5 minues at a time.
Once you get the 2 pieces pulled apart the yellow piece pops out fairly easy - you might need to use a pair of pliers to get it started.
Then put the now clear pieces back into the oven to get the two sides warm and gooey again and just stick them back together.
Be very carefull when you pull them apart because it can be very easy to break parts of the outer lens that will allow moisture to get into the corner.
