Hey everyone, i am in the process of painting the aluminum colored dash pieces in my 05 rs, due to a poor quality stereo install. I am planning on painting them dark grey, satin black or something dark. Anyway i am trying to find a new hazard light button, because i can't imagine that I will be able to paint the current one and still leave the clear part unpainted. So i am looking to buy one that is black or even red. Where do I go?

 

What's wrong with yours? Isn't the original one black anyway? I've never seen a 2005 RS but I'd assume it's like the WRX and STI, right? I'm sure you could pick up a used black in the classifieds or get a S202 red hazard button from some place (like Gruppe-S).

 

No the 05 RS is aluminum like the rest of the parts. So the WRX and STI have black buttons?

 

I know the 04's have black buttons. I'll have to see if the 05's are black or silver.

05+ are silver too on the WRX and STI. Use the 2002-04 black buttons or the JDM S203 red button.
