Greddy Front Lip on 07 STI???
Any suggestions on whether to put the lip on unpainted black FRP or paint it to match car

Paint.
Make it look like factory fitment and try to mold it on... Use bondo or fiber glass and attach it then prime your lip and paint it while its on your car and blend the clear coat, should look nice!
