I have a computer in car with video out going to video in on my dvd screen in dash. I can see the desktop on the screen. The reason i did this is to connect to the obdII port and show some guages on screen. Question is, Which software should i use to do this? Any ideas?

 

Also ... anybody know where to get the USB to obdII cable i would need?

looks like in his setup he used a screen shot of the gtr gauges. Doesnt look like he has odne the obdII connector yet. I sent him an email.. but am wondering if anybody knows which OBD cable to buy and which specific software will be the best to display all the guages???

 

ya in his posts he said thats what he was going to do... so idk if he has done it yet or not.. but even if he hasnt im sure hes looked into where/what to get

 

You should also look at the Ecutek Delta Dash, it has a virtual dash/gauges feature-

buy a tactrix cable, load romraider and you can display different tabs.
