For what Year? I replaced my bulbs on my foglights for an '03. If you do have an '03, you just unscrew the screws, take it out of place, and just swap out the bulb. There's a weird torsion spring in place, so try to remember its orientation before you take it out, or just do the foglights one at a time and use the other foglight as a reference. Hope this helps, because if you have an '04/'05, then I'm not sure how to begin.

04/05 are still H3's. I'm pretty sure the JDM ones for the 04/05 is also H3.

All you have to do is remove the under body plastic piece and the cover for the 04. Then undo the screws that hold it on the bottom (2 screws) and undo the clips at the top. Slide the light out, undo the backing / holding plate, swap the bulb. Reverse process and you're done. 20 minutes max.
