i drive a 03 wrx,
the fog lights turn on when u turn ur headlights on rite.. but when i was driving home from work tonight, i noticed that my fog lights weren't on,. i tried flipin' the switch but my head lights were already on.. any ideas?.. i know for a fact that they were working last night.. any help would be appreciated. thanx

 

check the bulbs? Fuse?

You can modify your fogs to have them on whenever you want.

 

did you have your high beams on?

Actually, what do you mean by "flipping the switch"? Do you mean the switch that is on top of the steering column? Those are the parking lights. The fog light BUTTON is down to the left by the cruise control button.

Oh, and never leave your parking lights on, make sure the red on that switch on top of the steering column is NOT visible or you will kill your battery

 

no, i checked the bulbs n fuses, but then again im not sure if i even checked the right ones.. which fuses are for the fog lights?..
n when i said flippin the switch, i meant tried turning my headlights on n off.. thanx 4 the info though

 

when turning the headlights on and off, was the button for the fog lights (I mentioned where it was in my first post) pressed? The fog lights will only go on (unless you rewire them) when they button for them has been depressed AND your LOW BEAMS are on. They will not turn on with just the parking lights and they will not turn on with the high beams
