Does any one know where I can get a repalcement fog light for my 2003 WRX other than the dealer as they are asking $200 for just the drivers side.

You also can find a replacement by measuring the diameter of the fog light having the diameter got o ebay.

 

Check in the Private Classifieds here and at NASIOC, there are always used ones for sale. Going price for used bugeye fogs in good condition is about $50 apiece or $100/pair. Make sure you get a driver side light, they are not identical.
Also if the reason you need one is lens breakage from a rock, consider adding some protective film to the lenses to prevent this from happening again in the future. I have Xpel on my fogs, it's almost totally invisible and does an excellent job of protecting them from road debris as well as the normal "sandblasting" that happens over time. www.xpel.com , a 1-sq-ft sheet is $15 and will be more than enough to cover both fogs.
