all you need is a power inverter, set of white x-mass lights (blinking with the fallow feature) old set of spark plug wires, plexi glass, couple of pieces of fiber composit board, glue, nails, sixpack, and an imagination. the key is to make the housing box with a "false bottem" pritty much mount the board that the lights are going to be mounted to midway up in the box so you can hide the power inverter and extra length of x-mass light in there.
the only other thing you need to make this work is a bit of stiff metal rod to give the tubing some form.. you might be able to tack the tubing down well enough to avoid using it. You also might be able to use the new type of light strings that have a plastic tubing around it from the manufacturer.. but i dont know if thouse have the "chase" feature.
