I remember a while back someone was selling a kit for $35 that would do it.

Has any one done it? Know how to do it? Or know where to get this kit or something similar?

Thanks for starting another thread on this topic. I'm not sure if this was in response to a thread I started a couple of weeks ago on the same subject, but I'm glad you brought it up again. (Not that anyone actually responded to my thread... )

I got a couple email addresses from people offering such a kit, but one was returned via "mail delivery subsystem" and the other was neither denied delivery nor was it answered. Both of the posts were at least 6 months old. Oh, well. C'est la vie.

So, yes, all. If you know of such a kit or are willing to put one together (assuming you have some clue of what you're doing )PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE drop me a note. I have searched hi and lo for one of these kits!!!

Or if anyone that is electrically and subaru-bly inclined and would like to lend a hand to make one from scratch, I will gladly help.

 

About a year ago, Ash offered these kits in this thread:

and WRxMiniMod offered them in this thread:

So if anyone knows these folks (maybe you could give them a nudge... ) or, as j.reed says, is subaru-bly inclined, please give us some direction!!

Ash is the one I had actually talked to at the time he was selling them. He last post was only a week ago, I doubt he died between then and now! MiniMod's last post was in March and Ash replied in that thread, Ash is our best hope.

 

I got an email back from Ash today!

 

I virtually have that site memorized.

 

Not for MY02+... at least not last I looked!
