Is this weird... by going from the chart above I have never hit peek boost... I had my gf sit in the passenger seat, and I said watch this gauge (stock boost gauge) tell me what it reads... So I drove on my street, I was at say about 5-6k rpm and I was at .05 boost, that would indicate that I was only at 7.25 PSI. Doesn't our car max out at 14.5? Not that I would ever want to go that high, but even my getting on the gas at least I thought I was being at 5-6k rpm and only hitting 7.5 psi.... is this weird?
I should also note that I have never had the gas pedal to the floor. I asked around and I wasn't sure but WOT= is gas too the floor.... never did that...

.05/7 psi is wastegate pressure. Assuming your car is working normally, at moderate but not full throttle you'll be getting this much boost, and as you get into the throttle more the boost will rise to its max of .09-.1/13-14.5 psi.
Try giving it some more gas than you're used to, especially in 3rd above 3K, and give the boost a chance to build. If you still don't see more than .05 you may have a problem. Have you done any mods to the boost control system or are you stock? In order for the factory boost controller to work properly and give you full boost when it's supposed to, all the original hoses and restrictors have to be in place and in good shape. If the boost controller gets stuck closed, or a hose or restrictor is clogged/melted/missing the result can be lower than normal boost.
