Are you referring to power seats or heated ones? Heated ones are very possible, you can get OEM ones and swap them in or add aftermarket heaters. Power seats are another matter, they would be difficult to install.

 

yeah electric seats like.. benz.. porsche etc. **** like that . oem heated ??
