This won't work out very well if you just swap the wiring, because the bulbs are different. The turn signals use brighter, higher wattage bulbs and the parking lights smaller, lower wattage bulbs. Using the parking lights as turn signals will give you blinkers that aren't as bright, and the flasher speed will be faster due to the decreased current. At the same time the parking lights will be too bright. You can't swap the bulbs either since the housings are different.
