Driving Lamps to Replace WRX Fogs

Hello,
Is it was possible to replace my 2002 WRX fogs with some driving lights? I rarely use the fogs for their intended purpose, but sure could use some more range sometimes.

check out http://www.rallyperformance.com - they sell Cibie driving lights that replace the stock fogs, and put out lots of light. i don't even think you have to cut'n'splice the factory wiring harness to install them. price is somewhere in the neighborhood of $300-400 i think.
