The buzzer sounds whenever the ignition is on, but the engine is off (like sitting in car listening to stereo) because i have the oil pressure sensor connected and it reads 0 (since engine is off). this is very annoying when i just want to chill and listen to music while waiting. is there any way to turn off the buzzer in the control unit?

 

I don't know if you can turn it off, but for that reason I have my defi's wired to a circuit that is only on when the key is in the second click "on" position, whereas the radio will work in the first click "accessory" position.

I stuck a wire down into the socket next to fuse #13. That powers my radar detector too, for the same reason.
