Question Debadged trunk cant get off glue..Help

Okay I got all the badges off of my trunk.I used hair dryer and fishing line and worked awesome.I used a plastic spoon to scrape most of the glue off and it didn't scratch the paint. After that i used a towel with rubbing alcohol to get most of the glue off.It took a lot of elbow grease but it worked fairly good.Okay Now to My problem...There seems to be some left over residue that I can't seem to get off.I know this isn't something new that hasn't been done before but just don't have a clue to what else I can use without destroying the paint??

Thanx for reading.Any suggestions to what I could use would be awesome thanx a lot..

clay bar...

If there is a tiny amount of residue left a clay bar will be perfect. I had a similar situation when I debadged my car. I got most of the adhesive off, but in certain lights you could still see the outline of the letters. Spay on some detail spray and hit it with a clay bar. It will look like nothing was ever there.
