Daytime running lights

Has anyone found a way to turn off the drl on 06 sti.. If anyone has, how do you do it? I had a 02 wrx with drl's. There was a plug in the engine compartmment that had to be unplugged and that was it.

The 06 STi does have them.
AFAIK the DRL control module is inside the car next to the glovebox, same as on the non-HID Imprezas. Unplug that and no more DRLs.

Do a search on Nabisco. They had a very detailed thread and took about 15 minutes. I no longer have DRL's.
