Dashboard Dissasembly

I got an HKS Type 1 Turbo Timer for xmas and I'm thinking about installing it where the clock is (I dont have a gague pod)

I have a harnes but I was wondering if anyone knows where I need to connect it and more importantly the proper way to take apart the dash...

Normaly I'd rip right into it but I dont have any rattles or squeeks and I'd like to take it apart properly to keep it that way.

One last thing. has anyone installed a turbo timer in this place? if so is there anything you suggest?

Put mine next to the crappy cup holder dremmeled it in looks sweet..

does that factory clock's surrounding console piece just pull out?
is it held in by just clips? i ask because my clock is buzzing when
i accelerate and need to e-tape the surround to cusion it.

take out the screws on each side of the cupholder pull the cupholder out and take out the air vents... now you have access to the underside of the clock, I think it just pops out but I have not taken it out myself, so if someone else can confirm this...
