I have the CF one on my PSM and it looks great. I also have the JDM STi TMIC and spec C splitter.
The IC cools off real quick

My car also walks STi's easily, so I guess it's ok....

....no, it hasn't blown off at speed...as fast as the speedo registers, anyway....

Scotty, you need to look up those threads where people shared stories about what flew into their scoop and toasted on the intercooler. I remember someone mentioning two birds and even a FROG at some point...
