Mine is the same way (seibon) While i was at wyotech we moved the latch down to make it sit lower and it helped it a little bit but the left side is still un even..

edit:: Did you remove both of your torsion bars? If so how do you make your stay up? I have to hold mine or use the torsion bar as a prop rod

Just curious on your experience, besides the problem with the side not lining up like oem.
Did the Seibon trunk seal against the weatherstripping well?
Did all the other carry over oem parts bolt on alright?
Are there any irreversable modifications you need to make to the chassis to use the trunk?

I've never seen any WRX CF trunk installed in person but seeming that some "nice" guy decided that my new 06 looked better with a key scratch between the tail lights....I'm looking for replacement options. Any opinions woud be a great help.

All i had to switch over was the latch.. and the keyhole (you dont need to move the keyhole if you dont want too) It seals great. All mounting holes lined up too. The only that that I had to do was remove the torsion bars

Sounds good....I'm going to keep an eye out for an installed VIS trunklid for comparison.

Anyone have experience with a VIS truncklid??
