Can anyone tell me why Subaru doesn't sell some aftermarket parts in MBP ?? I tried to order a 3 piece front spoiler for my 02 WRX. However i was told the only colors available were Silver or WRB!! I thought that might just be what they had but apparantly those are the only colors you can get the piece in. I even tried asking about having a un painted lip ordered.... swift response = NO. Does this make sense to anyone else ? Why make cars in a color then provide no parts for them ? ?
Sorry about the rant but ive been looking for a front lip for ages and had no luck!! Any suggestions ? Thanks

 

WRB is the most popular Impreza color and silver is the most popular color for sedans. Those are the only reasons I can think of. When I had my dodge stealth I ordered a later generation bumped and it only came in red. However, you'd think they'd offer it unpainted since they make cars in colors besides silver and blue.

I tried Santa Cruz subaru as they are usually pretty cool. The guy wasnt been a dick, he couldn't really understand it either. Does anyone know of anywhere else im likely to be able to order the oem front lip ?

 

I know I saw them somewhere, I'll see if I can track them down. How much were they from Santa Cruz Subaru?

 

I think they said around $360 painted. Which doesn't seem terribly bad for a painted front lip. I found a side which sells genuine subaru parts and guess what they only sell them in wrb and silver also. Oh they had white as well so im getting closer.

weird, I'm only coming up with Blue, Silver, and White too.....too bad painting one would cost a lot of money unless you were getting other stuff painted too

Yeah tried them... they only sell blue, white and silver lol.. its so annoying! Thanks for the suggestions il keep looking. There a lot of lips i can get but im really after the oem one. At least with that one fitment should be good!

Yeah i looked at subyn dude. I liked the STI V1 lip i think. The guy i spoke was pretty cool and told me people had been having fitment problems with them so.... lol Thanks for the help guys. Appreciate it
