broken horizontal adjust

broken horizontal adjust

does anyone know how to fix the horizontal adjust on an 02 wrx bugeye light? the screw just spins freely.

i know why everyone is ignoring this thread. no one has H4 bugeye lights and the usdm versions do not have horinzontal adjustments.


this thread can be deleted since no one knows

I have this problem too and I intend on opening the headlight to take a look at it. I really don't think it should be too hard to fix. There are threads about opening headlamps around. After opening headlamp you should be able to replace any headlamp adjustment parts from there. I've seen adjustment parts for sale at my local auto supplies store.

i opened it last night and could not find a way to fix or remove it. are your lights the bugeye style that uses H4's?

i did find something else out. i didn't know you could adjust the stock lights horizontally either. i proved that theory wrong. someone on nabisco was quoting the owners manual and its completely not true. i even took pics if you are interested.
