blackouts
Now i dont know if i am just crazy but dont you think there is a big enough demand for blackouts ro an 02 rex? i have looked for about 5 weeks non stop and could not find anything. if anybody has any suggestions or maybe a dealer that would be a great relief . otherwise does anybody know how you can suggest to a company to make them.... Ventshade is impossible to find anything but they dont have a feedback link or even a # .....ayway thanks and keep em clean!

you could always just get some tinting spray, and spray the lights. It won't work for the headlights, but should work just fine for the side markers, and the tails (assuming you switch the tail bulbs to higher powered halogens)

ya i thought of that but my pet piev(sp) is that i have to be able to go back to stock........ its wierd... i know but its my car! anyway i thought of that and liiked into it at my job(pep boys)and some co-wrkers said it might work but eventually fades. i live in south fla so it gets pretty hot here and ... ya know shnit happens.... also they said it might start to crack ..... but thanks alot for the idea! bring em on boys

i've been thinking about doing that for a MY00 RS where the amber sits below the red on the tails. i'm going to try getting some precut sheets of window tinting and run that over the amber. i know u said u wana b able to go back to stock, well if u buy black out tails it would b the same as if u home modded stocks and bought a 2nd pair of stocks when u wanted to go back. just an idea, hope it helped!

ya i that might just work ill keep searching and let you know if i find anything. otherwise its that or the spray on crap..... but anywho itll be original and the buying anither pair is not a bad idea i saw a pair of cheap ones on ebay.... thanks!!!

yeah actually the thought of seeing how MY02 WRX tails would look on an RS, photoshop or sumthin u know? but i'm definately going to go with a widebody from aerosim and they're cf fenders r from mold so they couldn't just change if for me. cool but not for me anymore
