Anyone revive your steering wheel?

My steering wheel is pretty hammered after 144k of driving.

I could find a new hoop and replace it or get a new wheel but I'm wondering if anyone has ever refurbed their wheel.

I mean with a nice alcantara leather wrap or something. Are there any places you can send your wheel to and have this done... etc.

I wouldn't mind having a little more girth to my wheel anyways.

I want my wheel to look like this...

Yeah but I just want to wrap my stock steering wheel with that kind of leather. So it's thicker and what not. The leather on my wheel is shot.

yeah any interior shop should be able to do that

they can put foam around the wheel then wrap it with what ever material you want

shouldnt be too terrible
but i do love the feel of my momo now its a smaller radius
