anyone hear of Corbeau seats

I am looking at getting some new seats for my car due to the suspension being so stiff and was wondering if anyone has heard of Corbeau seats?

what seats would be recommended for daily driver, some auto-x and rally-x driving?

thanks. I know they are a popular seat, but have not found a single review on them on i-club.

well, like i said, you can't legally have them on your car for street use. a lot of the VW guys i hang out with have them.

www.eurosportacc.com is where they've sourced them.

why can't you use them on the street? Is it because they are not DOT-approved?

I haven't found anything about the seat being not street legal. However some vendors online say the racing harness are not legal.

re: corbeau seats

hey,

i don't know if you got the the seats but, corbeau is a good brand. You should know that a racing seat will never be as comfortable as regular car seats and getting in them and getting out are also abit difficult. I have sparco rev-plus seats in my car as i compete in hpde events and use my car for commute. if your still intrested and have not bought your seats yet i'm selling both driver/passenger for $700 and they are in excellent condition. pm me if intrested.thanks

Corbeaus are affordable, and I almost bought one, but the two factors that put me off were the size and the quality. I haven't read great things about their quality, and my roommate agrees, having owned a few models.

I would look into Cobra seats, as they are well built and more affordable than their counterparts. If it was me, I would only buy Cobra, Recaro, and Bride (expensive as hell, but fit very well).
