I'm trying to find reverse EL gauge faces with red illumination. Since the tach is in a different location for 2004, the 02-03 gauge faces on the market wont work. I already emailed speedhut about it, but they only asked for a picture of my gauges (which I sent) and I have not heard from them since.

I'm trying to match the gauges to my HVAC and Stereo, which I have made red using bulb condoms. The gauges themselves don't have the green condoms like the stereo and HVAC. I used a flashlight to check and it seemed like the gauges have something on them making them green. I assumed that if I put red condoms on, the then red light shining though green backing would end up just looking like crap, or at least not as red as the other lighting.

If anyone knows how to change the color of the gauge lighting without getting STi gauges or EL faces, please let me know.

 

I think if you are happy with the HVAC with its condoms on then the gauges will look pretty similar. I blued my HVAC with LEDs but they don't work as replacements for the gauge bulbs unfortunately.
