air conditioner won't work

It's roasting outside and my AC is dead! There's no way it's out of freeon (unless it all leaked out) because one day it was working, the next day it wasn't. The light still comes on, but there's no difference in temp, no change in idle or low-end power, and it doesn't sound like the AC fan ever comes on at all.

I've searched around and people have talked about the Hi/Low test having to do with those blue ***** labelled "H" and "L." What test is this and what does it tell you? One of my AC lines near my TMIC is bent in a bit, but it doesn't seem like it's enough to disrupt flow, unless there's only a tiny little tube inside. Any way I can diagnose whether it's a busted AC unit, or a plugged AC line? The fuse for the AC is fine too, btw. I don't wanna take it to the dealer cuz of all of my mods. Thanks!

Yeah, I checked the fuse already. According to the owner's manual, it was one of the fuses near the coin tray. I'm going to take it in tomorrow and get it checked out. I'll update you guys when I find out what's wrong.
