Don't get McCulloch kits. I've heard bad things about them. Check out www.hidforum.com They seem to know a little more about HID's. Do a search and you'll read a few bad stories. I would go w/ a kit from:
http://www.xenonfactory.com Made w/ Phillips bulbs and ballast, and comes w/ a 3 year warranty. Or
http://www.hid-online.com Phillips bulbs and ballast again, 1 yr warranty. Or
http://www.xenondepot.com/ Phillips bulbs and ballast again.
All these sites the prices are pretty much the same. I've heard good things about these sites from hidforum.

My friend had a Bohmen (www.proxenon.com) 5000k HID kit. her setup looks really good and it produces a WHITE light. the quality seemed really good and she hasnt had any problems.
