98 to 99-01 2.5rs bumper swap

does anyone know if the 99-01 RS bumper fits the 98 RS perfectly? The 98 is the only year with the uglier bumper.

i think you need to change bumper beam as well.

also the plastic inner fender might not fit.

i fugured, I might as well just get another 98 RS bumper, it's not that bad. I think it's the same one as all other impreza's from 97-01. Does that sound right?
