yes install eye-bolt at the rear seatbelt anchors.
You need to take off the rear seat to install the bolts but you can put the seat back on after you install the shoulder belts.

I saw somewhere that they sell bars to connect four/five points to so you don't have to have your belts running straight back to the rear passengers face.
